Returns & cancellations
PortableMind USBs are prepared to order. If you need to cancel or request a return, contact us as soon as possible so we can pause fulfillment before the unit leaves the lab.
Before we ship
Email team@portablemind.io and include your order email plus the Stripe receipt ID (or the “session_id” from your confirmation URL). We can cancel and refund in full while the unit is still in queue.
After shipment
If the package already left, reply to the tracking email. We'll coordinate a return or replacement if the hardware arrives damaged. Because the USB stores firmware and sensitive data, we inspect returned units before issuing any refund.
International orders
Orders shipped outside the United States and Canada are final sale. Because of international return shipping costs, customs handling, and the sensitive firmware on each unit, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on international orders. If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, email us with your order details and we'll help open a carrier claim.
