Shipping policy
PortableMind USB orders are prepared as soon as payment clears. We quote shipping speed, carrier, taxes, and duties directly inside checkout so you always see the final cost before you submit payment.
Timelines
Most in-stock USB orders leave the lab within the “Ships next business day” window shown across the site. Exact delivery estimates, carrier handoff times, and tracking links come from the checkout flow. If a delay pops up we'll email you using the address from your order.
Rates, taxes, and duties
Checkout is the system of record for shipping costs, taxes, VAT, GST, and import duties. Those fees vary by destination and will always be displayed before you confirm the order. We cannot adjust third-party carrier fees after the fact.
International shipping
We ship to the UK, Europe, Australia, Asia, and many other destinations. Choose your destination region on the order page — international orders move by tracked post, and the shipping rate for your region is shown at checkout before you pay.
Import duties, VAT, and customs fees are set and collected by your own country, usually on delivery. They are not included in the item price or the shipping shown at checkout, and they are the buyer's responsibility. International orders are final sale — see our returns policy.
