PortableMind ships as an offline-first tool. By purchasing or using the USB you agree to operate it responsibly, keep backups of anything important, and follow local regulations around AI and encryption.
License & updates
You receive a personal license to run the PortableMind firmware on the USB you own. Updates—currently Firmware 1.4 (current build)—are optional and released when ready. We may change or discontinue future updates without notice, but your existing firmware keeps running offline.
Warranty & liability
PortableMind is sold “as-is”. We test each unit for stability, but you assume responsibility for how you use it and for the data you process through it. We are not liable for lost work, regulatory penalties, or third-party actions tied to your usage.
