The “Show It Off, Win The Rig” contest (the Contest) is sponsored by PORTABLEMIND, Inc. (the Sponsor).

• Open to legal residents of the United States and D.C., 18+ at time of entry. Void where prohibited.
• Employees, contractors, and household members of Sponsor may not enter.
• You must have access to a PortableMind unit to film your entry (ownership not required).

Entries are accepted from the time this page is published through January 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the Entry Period). Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper.

1. Create a TikTok video that clearly features PortableMind in use or being demonstrated.
2. Post the video publicly and include the hashtags #localai and #portablemind.
3. Tag @portablemind.io in the post.
4. Limit: one entry per person. Sponsor may allow multiple posts but will only judge your best one.

• Original content only. No stolen clips, no impersonation, no AI voice claiming it’s “you” if it’s not.
• Keep it lawful. No hate, harassment, or unsafe instructions.
• Do not show private customer data on screen. Blur anything sensitive.
• By entering, you confirm you have the rights to all music/footage you include.

Winner will be selected by Sponsor (or Sponsor’s designated judges) based on the judging criteria above. Highest total score wins. In the event of a tie, the entry with the higher Creativity score wins.

One (1) winner will receive “the rig” as determined by Sponsor. Exact configuration may vary based on availability, but Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to match the showcased giveaway rig. No cash alternative. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner is responsible for any taxes, duties, or reporting obligations associated with prize receipt.

Sponsor will attempt to contact the winner via TikTok DM and/or email (if provided). Winner must respond within 72 hours of notification. If the winner cannot be verified, is ineligible, or does not respond in time, Sponsor may award the prize to the next highest‑scoring entry.

By entering, you grant Sponsor a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to repost, publish, edit, and use your entry (and your handle/name as provided) for marketing and promotion of PortableMind, in any media, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok. You are providing information to Sponsor, not TikTok.

Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, corrupted, or misdirected entries; technical failures; or any issues related to posting, tagging, or platform availability. By entering, you release Sponsor from claims arising out of participation or prize acceptance, except where prohibited.
